Well I'm sitting in the hotel and realized I was bored stiff and hadn't been very good lately in my food decisions. I'm thinking I need to lose about 10-20 pounds before the baby comes in October and by putting in writing what I'm doing will probably help me make better decisions. My current plan is to start running, Yoga or Boot Camp everyday. This, in addition to some better food decsions will hopefully bring the weight down. If not I'll have to further modify the diet.
I'll try to blog (to myself basically since no ones getting this URL at first) whenver I can and will measure the belly soon and periodically.
